MOSAICS AT LALOR PUBLIC LIBRARY

I have blogged before about the Lalor Public Library here. Inside the library there is a mural composed of butterflies that have been fashioned of mosaic work. They adorn a wall that leads towards the children's books area and are quite appropriate there.

    I've always been afraid of butterflies. (Yes, I know I'm weird.) However, these butterflies would be lovely as they don't fly in my face.

    Gorgeous, but two bad they couldn't have put one down at "kid level" for them to run their fingers over and admire.

    These are terrific! I couldn't think of a better place for these colorful mosaics than the children's area of the library. I really like the close up shots, so you can see the individual tiles. Very cool.
