PLANE TREES

The plane trees (Platanus × acerifolia) in our neighbourhood suddenly went very green over a couple of weeks, sprouting their Spring finery of new leaves.

    They look spectacular. The only problem in our street is that the electric wires have to get through the centre of the plane tree branches.
