Cows grazing while the canola plants (Brassica napus subsp. napus) bloom recklessly. The seeds of these plants (=rapeseed) are used to make the canola vegetable oil.
We drove back from Canberra once past fields of this. I regret not stopping because I had other people in the car. I later saw photos on Insta and they looked amazing....
