GRAFFITI IN NORTHCOTE
The alleyways in Melbourne provide a ready canvas for graffiti, which ranges in quality from the highly artistic murals to the tagging scrawls that none can read. Here is an elaborate example of the illegible graffiti, which at least has some agreeable colours. Many local councils around Melbourne are not sympathetic towards this and depending on the position and extent of the graffiti, the police and a court case may be involved...
