I bet it smells wonderful in there! I, too, like sourdough and often make my own. :) Keeping the sourdough fed and ready is no problem at all to get the rewards of fresh home made bread.
Must be the end of the day Nick and the bread must be GOOD, that's some pretty empty shelves there. Who can resist freshly baked bread, not moi that's for sure!
